How it works:

Our membership program is a four month commitment – after the first four month cycle,  you may cancel or modify your membership as needed by emailing eyesonskin@gmail.com

You will be automatically charged your monthly membership fee on the same date you signed up. You then have 30 days to redeem your membership service for the month. It’s that simple!

Membership facials are fully subject to our cancellation policy and require 24 hours notice for cancellations. No-calls and no-shows are considered forfeited appointments.

Membership pricing may not be combined with any other savings or promotions unless explicitly stated by Eyes on Skin Spa.
